SCS SB 379 -- Community Improvement Districts

This substitute allows property located in a community
improvement district in the City of Springfield to be removed
from the district or have its class destination changed to
another class of the same district, upon written request.  The
substitute outlines guidelines and an approval process for the
removal or change of the property.
